😎 About me

I am a Design, Technology, and Development enthusiast who has also worked with standard/physical products. I started working on digital ones about 7 years ago. I've built expertise in both UX and Product design throughout my career, focusing on every phase of the design process and converting these aspects into tools to improve the user experience and also meet business goals.

πŸ“ My process

<aside> πŸ” Discovery I'll be skeptical of anyone who claims that good things can be created without research. A real solution emerges from the business needs, competitor analysis, benchmarking, and understanding of users’ pain points. I began documenting the design process here and sharing it with my peers.

<aside> πŸ’‘ Define Following the Discovery, it's time to figure out what we're up against and develop guidelines for our future steps. We set the tone for what our users require by sorting, analyzing, and categorizing data. This adds to the paperwork in order to keep track of the decisions made and to make it apparent what is most important at the time.

<aside> πŸ“ Develop Creating user flows and user journeys on tools like Miro or similar to make explicit the paths to solving the problems observed is a part of this approach. After that, meetings with IT teams to determine which issues are technical. Documenting these selections is critical for future revisions and explains the whys to a future me or another designer who may improve the solution.

<aside> πŸ“Š Delivery This is the part of the process when I create prototypes in Figma or Sketch, do usability testing, and make modifications is usually the last part of my process. After everything has been validated, it's critical to deliver all of the assets to the development team. Plan some A/B tests and pick what is important to track usage to understand the user's behavior if there is time and it is technically doable. Because product development is a cycle, it's essential to keep track of analytics data and make improvements as needed.
